Thank you for thinking of the farm for your special celebration!

Fall Party Overview (Sept – Nov):
The cost is $300 for 2.5 hours (2 hours party time with 15 minutes on each end for set-up/break-down) in the private party patch including picnic tables and ample shade. The per-person reservation fee to visit the farm is included in this cost and your guests will only need to tell the person at check-in that they are here with your party and will be given a wristband. This only covers admission for your guests and does not include corn pit, rides or add-ons.
You are allowed up to 50 guests (infants 2 and under free and do not count towards the total). Feel free to decorate your space as you like. Tacos by Maria are available for pre-orders. Beer and wine is now available for purchase at the farm and no outside alcohol is allowed. You are welcome to bring in cake and snacks for your guests to enjoy.

This only covers admission for your guests and does not include u-pick, rides or add-ons. 1 container of u-pick berries will be included for the VIP celebrant to pick at the end of their party. Please read the * note * below about u-pick.

*PLEASE NOTE* Spring/summer parties do NOT include berry picking. Your party includes 1(one) u-pick quart container for the birthday VIP only. Unfortunately that is all that will be allowed. IF there are extra berries in the field we will let you know and you can purchase additional berries for you and/or your guests. However it is very unlikely as we almost always sell out of picking reservations. Please only book a party if you are looking for a lovely outdoor space to host your event with playground and animal access. If berry picking is important to the success of your event please choose another local berry farm as we certainly do not want anyone to be disappointed on their special day!
