Thank you for thinking of the farm for your special celebration!
Fall Party Overview (April – June):
The cost is $300 for 2.5 hours (2 hours party time with 15 minutes on each end for set-up/break-down) in the private party patch including picnic tables and ample shade. And our spring parties include an extra bonus … 1 private VIP wagon ride for your entire party. A super fun time in the shade and an excellent party photo. (This is not included in fall parties but may be added on for a fee.)
The per-person reservation fee to visit the farm is included in this cost and your guests will only need to tell the person at check-in that they are here with your party and will be shown to your party. This only covers admission for your guests and does not include strawberries. IF the field conditions allow you and your guests will be allowed to pick and purchase strawberries. Please do NOT book a party if strawberry picking is a must for the enjoyment of the farm. On any given day we do not know what field conditions will be. We fill our weekend reservations with what the field and weather conditions allow and often do not have extra berries for picking. While strawberry picking is often not available flower cutting is! We have a ton of different flowers always popping and for $10 pp you can add on bouquets. We are happy to provide you with our cutting cups and lids and if you bring sharpies and stickers you can even have your guests decorate their own.
You are allowed up to 50 guests (infants 2 and under free and do not count towards the total). Feel free to decorate your space as you like. You are welcome to bring in cake and snacks for your guests to enjoy. Beer, hard cider & wine is available for purchase at the farm and no outside alcohol is allowed.
