Parties

Thank you for thinking of the farm for your special celebration!

For this fall we are happy to offer birthday parties again.  We are opening the farm to more guests this fall but will still be restricting the total number of visitors with paid reservations.  Similarly, we will only be hosting one birthday party at a time in order to allow for ample social distancing in the XL party patch.

The party schedule will run as follows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

September 18 – October 31:

9:00 – 11:00

11:30 – 1:30

2:00 – 4:00

4:30 – 6:30

Those slots allow for 2 hours of party time plus 30 minutes for set-up/break-down.  Officially each party is allowed 15 mins for set-up and 15 mins for break-down.  However the patch is very large and our visitors are super nice so there has never been an issue with overlapping.  The result is that it is usually 30 minutes on each end.

The cost is $275 (plus tax) for 2.5 hours in the private party patch including picnic tables and ample shade.  The per person reservation fee to visit the farm is included in this cost and your guests will only need to tell the person at check-in that they are here with your party.

You are allowed up to 50 guests (2 and under free and do not count towards total).  Feel free to decorate your space and bring in your own food and beverages.  You of course can also purchase slushies and goodies from the barn as well.

Optional add-ons include:

$75 VIP Private Wagon Ride for all your guests

$3/each small “School Tour” pumpkin party favor (guests may select out of the field or choose from the private selection in your party patch).

$2/ride barrel train (children 12 and under only)

Sadly due to COVID we will not have our corn pit again this year.  As always, the animals, playgrounds, pumpkins fields, pumpkin photo areas, sorghum maze and flower field (if/when tbd by Mother Nature) are available for you to enjoy.

We will require a $25 non-refundable fee at the time of booking.  (If we need to close the farm for weather you of course will be notified and refunded this fee.)  If you decide to cancel we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.  The party patch does a nice job of protecting people from light rain but there is not an indoor party area.  Individuals have different comfort thresholds for potential rain so that is your call.

If you are interested in Wise Pie pizza please let us know and I will forward to Ava and she will reach back out to you.  All pizza orders will need to be included at time of booking so we can make sure to schedule them in the wood fired oven.  (It does not need to be final numbers/varieties – just an estimate for planning purposes.)
