Wise Pie Pizza

Wise Pie is open in spring & fall season by reservation only

Hungry?  How about a locally sourced, natural pizza cooked on demand in a 900-degree wood-fired oven?  The entire family wins as do the local artisans who make the products we use.  It is a fun, healthy, REAL meal that you can enjoy while supporting local businesses.

The menu may change slightly based on the availability of crops.  The pizza is 11″ and sold only in whole pies.  Each pizza serves approximately 2-3 adults or 3-4 children.
Please note: The county allows us 21 cooking permit days/season for 6 hours on those days.  That means that we need to make every one of these days count and cook as much as we can.  Ava and the crew run the oven at full capacity for all 6 of those hours and reservations with pre-orders are required. SOURCES

We only use fresh mozzarella cheese from Uno Alla Volta.  This cheese is made for us weekly with fresh milk from an Amish farm northeast of Charlotte.
